Rosemary Knapp, an associate professor of zoology at the University of Oklahoma, spoke about the evolution of behavior in bluegill fish in a seminar titled, “Behavioral Endocrinology of Alternative Reproductive Tactics in Bluegill: Correlated Characters in Physiological and Evolutionary Time.” Knapp’s research has an ultimate aim of increasing understanding of how behavior evolves.
